PRELIMINARY
1.1
Background
Football is one of the world's most
famous sports. Ir. Soekarno once said that "you should never forget
history" because of the history that we can figure out how to fight the predecessors
to develop it. But now many people are forgetting the history of football still
many who do not even know.
Therefore with this paper, the authors
would like to explain about how the birth of football, as well as developments
in the world of football federations that houses the football world.

2.1
The Genesis History of Football
Football sports history began in the 2nd and
3rd century BC in China. In the Han Dynasty, people dribble kicked
it into the skin with a small net. A similar game was played in Japan with the
title Come. In Italy, the game kicking and carrying the ball particularly well

Modern football began to flourish in the UK and
became very popular. In some competitions, the game causes a lot of violence

important to establish an organization that oversees and regulates the global
game of football. Because it was on the date of May 21, 1904 established a body
of international football in France under the name Internatinale Fédération de
Football Association (FIFA). Although formed in France, but there is the
headquarters of FIFA in Zurich, Switzerland. The first president of FIFA was
Robert Guérin.
Since FIFA was formed, the development of football
in the world is growing quickly. This is because one of the main tasks of FIFA
is doing the promotion and dissemination of football to different parts of the
world. The rapid development of football in the world can be seen from the many
countries that entered into FIFA members. Until now more than 200 countries
become a member of FIFA.
On 26 October 1863, eleven London clubs and schools
sent their representatives to a meeting in Freemanson's Tavern for to certify the
fundamental rules to rules of the game that they will play. Of this meeting was
the birth of The Football Association. The strength of this group is to create
a more solid grip Rugby fans. On December 8, 1863 the rugger (rugby term for)
decided to split up. In 1869, the members of The Football Association (often
referred Association) for to certify the ban started holding the ball while
playing. This is the beginning of a hands-ball rule. Charles Wreford Brown is player

History of Football in Indonesia
The Indonesian football history begins with the
founding of the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) in Yogyakarta on 19
April 1930 with the leadership of Soeratin Sosrosoegondo. In the PSSI congress
in Solo, the organization changed its name to the Football Association of
Indonesia. Since then, football activities are increasingly being driven by the
PSSI and the more people play on the road or square where the first of the
competition was held. As a form of support for the revival of "Football

After Soeratin Sosrosoegondo died, achievements

Football Federation in the Word
Championship football World Cup is the largest
international organized by the Fédération Internationale de Football
Association ( FIFA ) . The World Cup is held every four years and began in
Uruguay in 1930 . Originator of the idea is Jules Rimet , a French lawyer and
entrepreneur who was inspired after watching the 1924 Paris Olympics .
The world's oldest international competition is to
bring into the Copa America teams in the South American region once every two years.
Copa America was first held in 1916 and was followed by the 10 countries that
eventually form the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL). For North
America, The Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association
Football (CONCACAF) held an international competition every four years called the
CONCACAF Gold Cup. In Asia, including Australia and East Timor countries that
are members of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the first international
competition held in Asia in 1956 in Hong Kong called the Asian Cup. In 1960,
the European regional level competition was held for the first time with the
name of the European Nations ' Cup which was later named UEFA European Championship
(UEFA EURO or EURO). In the Oceania region (includes New Zealand and various
Pacific Islands), international competition every two years beginning in 1996
called the Oceania Cup. For the African region, the African Cup competition began
in Khartoum held since 1957.

Conclusion
So, football was born from the 2nd and 3rd centuries
BC in China. Then in 1170 William Fitz Stephen wrote about the existence of
modern football in London, England. But in 1365 King Edward forbade the sport,
because too much of a conflict.
Football back in 1815 after the popular student play
a sport again. With the growth in time the sport spread by the students,
sailors and traders all over the world. Until this time has appeared a variety
of professional football clubs.
That houses the world football federation is FIFA.
As for the various continents there also take care of, among others, the UEFA (Union
of European Football Associations), CAF (Confederation Africaine de Football),
AFC (Asian Football Confederation), CONMEBOL (Confederacion Sudamericana de
Fútbol), CONCACAF (Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean
Association Football), OFC (Oceania Football Confederation).
